Project Midtown Apartments is located in the historical centre of Riga, in a quiet and prestigious area - Hospitalu Street 39.

Building has 6 floors and 67 apartments. Project has modern, high-quality and comfortable apartments with one, two, three and four rooms of a size ranging from 35 to 99 m2. 

Apartments which are located in side of Hospitāļu street for each apartment is designed a French balcony, but in courtyard facade – balcony.

The facade of the courtyard provided of reinforced concrete balconies. Balcony perilla- ascetic, painted metal, with reference to the characteristic style of simplicity of functionalism. 

Internal stairs
Marches precast concrete. Landings - monolithic concrete.

Elevator
For each section of the building designed elevator shafts. Elevator shafts provided from reinforced concrete.

Heating

Water supply
Central city water supply. To account for the consumption of hot and cold water are provided each apartment water meters in communications mines.

Ventilation
The project provides ventilation to ensure the appropriate use of mind indoor climate (air velocity, relative humidity). In kitchens, bathrooms and toilets designed system of natural and / or forced (mechanical) ventilation. Overhead wires - made of galvanized sheet - communications mines and above suspended ceilings hygienic premises.

Sanitary units are equipped with bath / shower, sink, toilet and also water mixer. 

Kitchen
Kitchen equipment is not provided, are provided with connection points for kitchen appliances.
