New modern house, on the left side of the Daugava River, in a pine grove, on the street Pupukyu 9 (early 68 st Gulbju ), Riga.

Overall, it is planned to build four 5-storey buildings. In the first stage two buildings, in every house 40 apartments. Designed 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, on request, to a certain stage of construction could plan 4-room apartments, offered with a full finish interior. There will be 32 on-ground and 44 underground parking spaces,. Owners of apartments will be available to purchase parking for an additional fee.

Maintenance of the buildings will be provided by professional company chosen by the means of tender. In case the society created by the apartment owners shall decide to change the management company of the buildings, it shall be enforced in accordance with the procedure provided by the legislation (vote of the general meeting of the apartment owners).

Residential building complex “Priedes”  is located in Pupuķu Street 9, 11 (ex. Gulbju Street 68), quiet and peaceful neighborhood near pine forest. Easy to reach city centre, using new South Bridge.

The territory around the buildings includes well organized courtyard with playground, recreational areas, greenery. Territory will be lighted also.

Construction of residential buildings


Foundation precast reinforced concrete piles.
Exterior walls Precast concrete frame walls insulated concrete panels, painted.
Covering Prefabricated reinforced concrete panels. 
Septa Bearing walls - single-layered concrete panels. Walls between apartments - single-layer reinforced concrete panels, masonry wall of light concrete blocks. 
Partitions in apartments plasterboard in two layers, from rooms with high humidity is used moisture resistant drywall, between the layers of filling made of stone wool. 
Walls communications mines masonry wall of light concrete blocks.
Roof Roofing, insulation in two layers, vapor barrier, reinforced concrete floors.
Balconies Production made of reinforced concrete panels, painted metal railings. 
Internal stairs Concrete stairs undecorated. 
Window  PVC windows
Entrance doors of buildings Doors aluminum construction. 
Elevator Each staircase buildings provided a lift.

Network engineering

Heating
Two-pipe heating system with the lower division of the main pipelines and the main riser. Provided individual registration of heat consumption for each apartment. The heat output is provided in the building of urban heating systems.
Water supply
Central city water supply. To account for the consumption in the communications shaft of each apartment are located counters with hot and cold water. 
Electricity
Each apartment has a separate Electric. 
Ventilation
The premises of the building provides a natural and mechanical ventilation. Inflow of fresh air in a residential area is carried out through the valves located in the outer wall of the building. general ventilation system in the bathrooms and in the kitchen area is carried out on air through the main risers. 
Telephone, Internet, TV
The building has a low voltage connection and cable TV

Intercom near the entrance doors of buildings and apartments.


Apartments

Floor - corridor, kitchen, living room, bedroom. Laminate with a sound insulation layer. 
Floor - bathrooms, toilet. Tile, waterproofing, heated floors on the ground floor. 
Floor - balconies. Concrete floor finishing. 
Ceilings Plastered and painted with semi-matt emulsion concrete panels.
Walls - corridor, kitchen, living room, bedroom. Plasterboard, painted semi-gloss emulsion and block masonry plastered, painted with semi-matt emulsion. 
Walls  - bathrooms, WC. Paving with waterproofing. 
Sanitary engineering 
Bathrooms are equipped with bath / shower, sink, toilet, established necessary faucets. 
Kitchen
Kitchen equipment is not provided, possible to connect the kitchen equipment and appliances. 
Electricity
Enclosure, electrical outlets, light switches. 
Ventilation
The kitchens, bathrooms and toilets connected to exhaust. 
The front door of the apartment
Fireproof EI 30, fitted with lock and door handle. 
Internal apartment door
Laminated, equipped with a lock, in bathrooms with a one-way lock.
