Dubultu Rezidence
The apartment complex “Dubultu Rezidence” is located in the prestige area of Jurmala City, at the seashore of the Gulf of Riga. There is an adorable sight of the Gulf of Riga and the river Lielupe.
The project offers a comfortable and well-considered layout, combining aesthetic and functional features by using advanced technologies and high-quality materials for construction and interior decoration of the apartments.
Design was made by a well-known Latvian architect. There is a facilitated area with a separate entry into the territory of the complex. Heating- Individually stand-alone gas boilers;
