VĀGNERA REZIDENCE

„Vāgnera Rezidence” is a reconstructed ensemble of historically valuable buildings in which eight apartments with all modern conveniences are being sold and which is situated in strategically advantageous and prestige place–Old Riga, in the cross-road of Richard Wagner and Theatre Streets. The fantastic sight of the Opera-House opens from the windows on the north- eastern side of “Vāgnera Rezidence”. There are eight apartments in “Vāgnera Rezidence”. Two of them are two-storey apartments. In three apartments there are terraces with wonderful view of Old Riga. For additional conveniences it is possible to obtain storehouse premises which are on the basement and can be used for keeping different subjects of life and sporting stock.
