When we developed plans of individual apartments we paid special attention to ensuring the sunshine in each of them. Apartments face different directions. At the same time, the building is placed in such a way that allowed to save the old oak trees on this land plot. We have stepped back from the prominent trees and therefore the house is not located close to the street, but rather inwards the land plot.Terraces are located on the Southern side of the house and separated by blinds allowing to enjoy a slow breakfast on weekend mornings. The parking is underground; as there are very few free land plots in Jūrmala, it would have been very inefficient to use the scare resource for building a parking lot. From the parking there is a convenient access by elevator to all the apartments, also the entrance to the underground parking is well considered and convenient. A closed playground has been constructed for families with children; it is located on the sea side away from the road.All the apartments in the project have one floor. The spacious 3 and 4 room apartments have big enough living rooms to make it possible to separate the kitchen area from the guest room. It is very convenient for those who do not favour the studio type combined living rooms. Kitchens are light, with windows. It is also possible to merge a kitchen with a terrace. There are several versions of plans. The minimum width of rooms is 3.4 metres allowing the functional use of the area.When we were designing this project in the historical silent centre of Jūrmala, we thought in particular about the families who will live here and provided an opportunity for them to adjust the living space to their needs."

Jurmala - the largest resort city in the Baltic States and the second largest city in the Latvian, which known for its natural treasures - the mild climate, sea, healthy air, curative mud and mineral water.
The attraction of Jurmala gives the 26 km long white sand beaches, vast pine forests and the natural border of the city - the river Lielupe.
Throughout history, the city has brought together 12 villages * and two small cities - Sloka and Kemeri. Jurmala successfully coexists last century built wooden chalets and modern kūrortiestāžu buildings. People come here to recover and strengthen health, through rehabilitation, medical mud and mineral effect.

Double Jurmala resort is the oldest part, located on the 320-meter wide strip of land between the sea and the river Lielupe. The first resort visitors arrived in 1814. Dubulti is the first swimming, connected with Riga by boat traffic. Electric railway from Riga and Dubulti was opened in July 1950, it was the first electrified line Latvian. Double is Jurmala City Civic Center.


Vivaldi Platinum – this is a synonym of quality.

We have used only the bet materials, structures and mechanisms for the construction.Scandinavian and Latvian building materials were used for the construction of the house. Rockwool was used for heat insulation. This is a "breathing" material which ensures the circulation of air and infiltration, which, in turn, allows to avoid the accumulation of humidity in the structures. Two layers of rockwool have been used as heat insulation of the envelope walls, i.e. the facade rockwool which is 120 mm thick and the antiwind rockwool which is 30 mm thick.The external finish of the house is made of Canadian pine. The thermally treated wood has no heat conductivity and therefore it is excellently suitable for the finish of the envelope walls. Regular lubrication ensures resistance to the environmental impact and the elegant appearance for many years.The boards are coated with "Caparol" oil.Also terrace floors have wooden finish.Glass plays an important role in the project - the most part of the facade is made of this material. Glass facades are made of the aluminium system "Schuco" and double triple glass blocks 6+4+4. All the facade glass is hardened. Railings of terraces are made of triplex glass.Monolith cast base structure. A rope-based tensioning system has been used in floor-ceiling covers.Two "Schindler" elevators have been installed in the house. The walls of lift wells are transparent and made of hardened triplex glass 4+4.The parking gate and the underground parking barrier have a remote control system and can be opened by using a remote control.There is a video communication device at each staircase and in each apartment.There is a gas fired boiler in the basement of the house. Heat and water consumption metering is done remotely by using a radio controlled meter, the meter readings will be sent to your e-mail. Also individual meters of all the apartments are located in the basement. The designed voltage for every apartment is 25 amps.The floor in each apartment consists of a layer of rockwool and dry concrete which provides both heat insulation and also special noise insulation.The partition walls between apartments are constructed from ceramsite - concrete blocks with the thickness of 200 mm and the density of 5 MPA.You can choose to buy an apartment without the interior finish and to complete the interior design by yourself or you can choose an option proposed by our designers and move into a completely furnished environment.
