The building is included in national protected cultural monument list as the local architectural monument. The building is located in the area of the national urban monument “Riga Historical Center” and the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage "Riga Historical Center".

Reconstruction project involves the following works:

Foundation and building construction stregthening
Wooden floor construction change to reinforced conrcete 
A new roof  installation
Installation of new elevators in both staircases.
Central heating installation with individual heat meters for each apartment.
Replacement of all utilities.
Building facade restoration, window and door replacement.

After the renovation 24 apartments, basement, as well as commercial/office space on the first floor, are expected in the house.

Replacement of all utilities.

Modern heating system installation, heat meter for each apartment.
Drainage, hot and cold water supply system replacement.
Ventilation system Aereco installation. Aereco is a unique humidity sensitive ventilation system that enters fresh air and removes contaminated air from the premises as needed at the particular moment.   The system is provided by sensors, that responds to relative humidity indicators. 
Electric system replacement (wiring, swithches, sockets).
 
Fire and security alarm system installation.
Optical Internet cable Lattelecom retraction.
Possibility to connect to satellite and cable television.
Internal finishing:Full finish. Extant ceiling relief update.
Staircase restoration.Building facade restoration.Outdoor lighting installation.
