When developing the project before PineWood Apartments MARK  Architects were challenged to not only integrate the project into the overall picture of low-rise buildings in Jurmala and pine forests, but also to create an environmentally efficient complex that meets the requirements of the modern family. The project was chosen concise, blending in with the style of the environment. Historic house on the site is subject to reconstruction, providing for careful preservation of its original image with modern elements.
