The building is located at Elizabetes 22, which is one of the most prestigious streets of the city. The house was built in 1899 based on design of one the greatest Latvian architects Konstantīns Pēkšēns. It is rightfully considered to be one of the most famous masterpieces of eclectic architecture in the near centre of Riga. This ideal location will give future residents plenty of opportunities for arranging everyday life and leisure activities.

This place is perfect for people who appreciate high standard of living. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to the Old Town, Vērmanes park, the Daugava river and the embankment, the seaport and a yacht club, as well as to the international train and bus stations, suburban electric trains will take you from the station to Jurmala in 20 minutes. The renovated facade of the building is equipped with led lights that not only decorate the building, but, according to the Riga City Council decision, also entitle the residents to a discount of up to 70% of the land tax. The reconstruction is carried out by one of the leaders in the construction market of Latvia, the company AB Build whose impeccable reputation guarantees high quality of construction.

The entrance doors of solid oak, internal doors with natural veneer, genuine parquet, replicas of the original windows, Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe plumbing, exclusive series of Italian tiles from leading manufacturers are used for decoration.

Windows of the facade apartments have soundproofing of 40 DB, which is the maximum possible level for this type of wooden frames and guarantees protection against noise.

All apartments in the project are sold with full finish that prevents the problems of incomplete construction, such as noise and dirt. The reconstruction will be completed no later than 01.09.2015.

Design of common area of the house will preserve the style and spirit of the years when it was built in, and all the remaining original elements of the interior will be restored.

All apartments provide for connection to security and fire alarm systems, Internet and television.

Heating is provided by a reliable supplier Rīgas Siltums. All apartments are equipped with individual heat metering system, which will help reduce heating costs and keep them under control. The system works remotely and reads the parameters automatically.

Most of the apartments of this project are eligible for obtaining a residence permit requiring a purchase of a property worth at least 250,000 euros. Two small apartments can be combined and registered as a single property. These apartments will be in demand in the market of long-term and daily rent, which makes the purchase a profitable investment.
